All engagements are personally undertaken by Martin Andrew, a Chief Executive with extensive experience of the asset & wealth management sector both in the UK and internationally. Before launching Gallatin in 2022, Martin spent seventeen years at Close Brothers Asset Management, the last fourteen of which were as Chief Executive, where he led a successful transformation programme to build a leading, high-growth, vertically-integrated wealth business. Prior to this, he was at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (formerly Mercury Asset Management), and McKinsey.
